HP TREND: P.P.R. Pipes

HP TREND produces polypropylene pipes and fittings in sections from 20mm to 110mm. They are manufactured with a rated operating pressure PN 20 (SDR 6), from polypropylene Type 3 (random copolymer of polypropylene), offering flexibility and excellent long-lasting resistance to high pressures. Production is certified according to the ČSN EN ISO 15874 standard.

Product Features

Hose TypePipe PN 20 4 Meters

Hose MaterialP.P.R. with glass or aluminum

Temperature Tolerance: (°C)+95°C

Operation PressurePN 20 (20 bar)

  • Easy and fast welding
  • Small alterations in temperature change
  • Absolute waterproof at joints - Zero leaks
  • No deposits due to the smooth inner surface and the chemical inertness of the material. As a result, increased pressure losses are avoided.
  • Excellent corrosion resistance, eliminating the risk of failure due to its metallic materials
  • Antibacterial
  • Easy transport and installation due to light weight
  • Low noise levels and low pressure loss due to friction
  • They do not corrode due to chemical resistance to most substances (acids, salts, etc.)
  • In case of fire no harmful substances are released
  • Non-toxic
  • Environment-friendly, recyclable
  • Health-friendly, suitable for drinking water
  • Lifespan: 50 years

HP Stabi

HP STABI are PN 20 pipes used for hot water and central heating systems

HP Glass

HP Glass pipes consist of three (3) layers: Polypropylene inner part, in between there is a mixture of polypropylene with fiberglass and its outer shell consists of polypropylene. This type of pipe differs from the simple one, as due to the existence of fiberglass it shows almost 4 times less linear expansion.

HP Aluminum

HP Aluminum pipes consist of three (3) layers: polypropylene - perforated aluminum - polypropylene. They are designed, produced and tested for quality purposes, according to the standards that apply to ordinary polypropylene pipes, i.e. designed for constant, long-lasting circulation of drinking water systems, with a 10 bar pressure and 70°C water temperature. Alternatively, they operate continuously at a 20 bar pressure at 20°C (PN 20).
